Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be a result of carrier delays, holidays, inclement weather, and/or natural disasters.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages due to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact the carrier service first. The carrier will have more updated information on the location of your package. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVE OUR FACILITY IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO INPUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Once your order is placed the shipping address can not be changed. If a package is returned to Poudor due to incorrect address, and you would like your package reshipped, you are responsible for all shipping fees. Even if the original order qualified for free shipping. This is the only time a refund may be provided. Poudor will gladly provide a refund minus the initial shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
